The Totton Stroke Support Group offers support for stroke survivors, their families and friends through a range of social and recreational activities. There is communication support as well as physical exercise to help with rehabilitation and general well being.
The Totton Stroke Support Group is a social group that meets weekly between 1:30 and 3:30pm. Activities vary each week and include quizzes, board games, word games, physical exercise, meals and outings. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided and members have the opportunity to chat and make friends.
