If you have a question or need to talk, our confidential Stroke Helpline is here to support anyone affected by stroke in the UK, including family and friends.

Call our Stroke Helpline now on 0303 3033 100 or email helpline@stroke.org.uk.

We'll help you find answers on anything you want to know about stroke. We'll also provide you with information, guidance, and support on practical problems like fatigue, finances, getting back to work, driving and more.

If you'd like to speak with us in a language other than English, please let us know at the start of the call.

Each year thousands of people call and email our Helpline. Whether that's for stroke-specific information or to find out about what other services and support might be available.

People tell us they feel better after talking with us and, using the information provided by one of our friendly Helpline team. It helped them adjust to life after stroke.

We take calls six days a week on 0303 3033 100 or you can email helpline@stroke.org.uk at any time.

If the Helpline is closed, you can use our out of hours contacts.

We may be experiencing a higher number of calls than usual. If you don't get through, please do try again. Afternoons tend to be quieter.

You can also join our online community and connect with thousands of people on the forum who understand stroke first-hand. Our online support tool provides trusted information and support 24/7.

If you have any questions about coronavirus and stroke, you can find information here.

Simon, a Helpline staff member.
