About this service

South of Tyne and Wear Community Integration Service has a variety of groups to help people reconnect with their local community, and gain peer support and encouragement to access the resources on hand. There are several groups attached to our service, including a singing group, art group, creative expressions, and a bowls group.

Who is the service for?

This service is for stroke survivors (including TIAs/mini-strokes) of any age, and families and carers of people affected by stroke, living in South of Tyne, including Gateshead and Sunderland.
