About this service
Sunderland Peer Support Service has a variety of groups to help people reconnect with their local community, and gain peer support and encouragment to access the resources on hand. Groups are available in a variety of locations across Sunderland, and can be accessed by both stroke survivors and carers.
Who is the service for?
This service is for stroke survivors (including TIAs/mini-strokes) of any age, and families and carers of people affected by stroke, living in Sunderland.
