Description

The Life After Stroke Centre in Bromsgrove provides support for stroke survivors and their families through a range of activities that take place at the centre and in the wider community. These activities are all designed to enable you to make the best recovery possible following stroke. Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), the Life After Stroke Centre will remain closed until further notice. During this time, we have found new ways of connecting with our people by replacing our face to face activities with online fun and interactive zoom sessions. Who is this service for?

The Life After Stroke Centre is available to stroke survivors, families and carers in Bromsgrove and the surrounding areas. Zoom sessions are also available to anyone affected by stroke within the UK. If you’d like to find out more, call Nicola Miller on 07717 275800.
