Description

South of Tyne and Wear Community Integration Service has a variety of groups to help people reconnect with their local community, and gain peer support and encouragement to access the resources on hand. There are several groups attached to our service, including a singing group, art group, creative expressions, and a bowls group.

This service offers:

A safe, comfortable place to meet;Peer support;Advice and information;Friendship networks;The opportunity to practise communication and gain confidence;Assistance with accessing local leisure and social activities;Signposting to other organisations that could help;Support for carers.

Who is this service for?
