Teesside Community Integration Service has a variety of groups to help people reconnect with their local community, and gain peer support and encouragement to access the resources on hand.

Who is this service for?
This service is for stroke survivors (including TIAs/mini-strokes), and families and carers of people affected by stroke, living in Teesside.
