Our team can talk to you about stroke, its effects, and what help and support is available. We can also signpost you to services provided by other organisations. The Stroke Helpline is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday from 10.00am to 1.00pm.
- Log on to My Stroke Guide. Our trusted online stroke support tool has been developed alongside stroke survivors and carers. It includes easy-to-read information, advice and videos, and our online community can connect you with other people affected by stroke.
