Starting in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, the 100 mile route will take you and 18,000 riders on a truly unforgettable journey. Not only will you experience stunning countryside and panoramic views, but tens of thousands of local residents will line the streets to cheer you on.  

With general sign-ups now closed, the only way to guarantee a space in this iconic event is with a #TeamStroke charity place.

Every year, #TeamStroke raises millions of pounds to enable the Stroke Association to support stroke survivors and their families to rebuild their lives after stroke. The money you raise as a #TeamStroke cyclist enables:

  • Our stroke coordinators to provide face-to-face support to over 45,159 people.
  • Our stroke helpline to respond to 19,452 enquiries.
  • Our Stroke Association Voluntary Groups to support over 2,500 in their community.
  • Our FAST messages reached an estimated 3 million people.

To secure your place, there is a £20 registration fee and we ask that you pledge to raise a minimum of £400 in sponsorship to support the Stroke Association.

Cycle for Team Stroke - Prudential RideLondon - Surrey 100

Take part in the largest cycling event in the UK which has been named “The world's greatest festival of cycling.”

The 100-mile cycle starts at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. It takes you on a journey through the capital along a closed road-route, into Surrey’s stunning countryside and sees you finish on The Mall in Central London.

You will also be joined by 150 professional cyclists racing in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey Classic on a similar route.

Why join #TeamStroke?

Everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke. Taking part in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 with a charity place requires raising a minimum £500 sponsorship, which will go towards helping to rebuild lives after stroke.

Along the way, we will support you with training tips and fundraising advice, one-to-one support and we’ll also be there cheering you on when you cross the finish line.

Along the way, we will support you with training tips and fundraising advice, one-to-one support and we’ll also be there cheering you on when you cross the finish line.

Charity places are free for the 2020 event but we do have a minumum fundraising target of £200.
