On your marks

Our Virtual Run means you can run, jog or walk a distance of your choice on a date and time that suits you. You can run on your own, in a group, or at the same time as friends and family across the UK and beyond. Your run is in your hands and you can start and finish it anytime you like.

Get set

All you need to do is choose your distance (5k/10k/15k) and decide if you are running solo or as a team.

Why not ask family and friends to sponsor you? You can set up a JustGiving page and share your planned run on social media or take a sponsor form with you wherever you go. Remember, it's your sponsorship that makes a real difference to those affected by stroke.

Go!

Let us know when you have completed your run and send us a screenshot from a running app of your choice (Map my Run, Strava, Fitbit for example) to claim your reward. We will send you a lovely medal that you can show off with pride.

Help us to change the lives of stroke survivors and their families.
