Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run 2020

Starting on George Square, Great Scottish Run takes you through Glasgow’s iconic landmarks and finishes in Glasgow Green. There will be plenty to keep you entertained along the way with bagpipers, drumming bands, live music and thousands of spectators to cheer you on. 

Look out for us at the charity village where treats, snacks, sports massages and our heartfelt thanks await!

Registration fee: We have free, guaranteed charity places available for the 10k and half-marathon.

Fundraising target: £250 for the half-marathon and £150 for the 10K.

Great Run celebrates its 40th year in 2020. Join Team Stroke for the 31st Great South Run, it will be a special year.                                                                

The 10-mile route takes you through the iconic sights of Southsea and Portsmouth, including the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, home of HMS Victory, past Spinnaker Tower, and finishes on the seafront with stunning views of the Isle of Wight.

Beginning in Hyde Park you'll take in famous sights including Wellington Arch, Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and Trafalgar Square before returning to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens where you'll finish your 13.1-mile run.

Join the Stroke Association for Manchester's largest running event. The route will take you through the iconic sights of Manchester, including Beetham Tower, Old Trafford and Media City before looping back into central Manchester where the heaving crowds will cheer you across the finish line.

On Sunday 24th May 2020, thousands of runners of all abilities will gather in Manchester to take part in the Northwest's largest running event - The Great Manchester Run.

Spurred on by the huge crowds of well wishers and the amazing bands playing along the route, it's easy to see why this event attracts over 30,000 participants each year.

In 2019 team Stroke had nearly 100 runners, we would love to have even more in 2020, so please help us by signing up today.

10K Charity Place registration fee: £15.00. Minimum fundraising target: £150.

Half Marathon Charity Place registration fee: £25. Minimum fundraising target: £250.
