Hosted by Action Challenge, take on the Thames Path Challenge following England's greatest river. Most will walk, many will jog, some will run, and all have special reasons to push themselves.

The full Thames Path Challenge 100km route heads from Putney Bridge past Hampton Court to Runnymede of Magna Carta fame at 50km, then on past wonderful historic scenery all the way to Henley. With half and quarter distance options - there's a challenge for everyone.

Your challenge will be a test of spirit and determination. You'll be supported all the way by our team, and rewarded with an amazing sense of achievement.

Your entry includes free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support including medics, marshals and massage. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, a t-shirt, and a medal to commemorate your achievement.

Charity sponsorship - you pay a small registration fee, do lots of fundraising and we cover the cost of your event place!

Setting out from Putney Bridge - it's East towards the City, zig-zagging over the array of historic bridges-each with its fascinating story - and a midpoint stop at Kennington Oval for some snacks and drinks. 25km later, it's a finish line celebration in Southwark past the majestic Tower Bridge.

Your entry includes free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support including medics, marshals and massage. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, a t-shirt, and a medal to commemorate your achievement.

Please note, this is a walking only challenge - no jogging or running allowed.

An Eastbourne start, up Beachy Head, over the magnificent Seven Sisters, and along the famous South Downs Way National Trail with stunning views over the sea to a Brighton mid-point. Devil's Dyke, welcome rest stops, a few ups and downs all lie ahead before historic Arundel comes into view after a 100km amazing journey.

There are a half challenge and 25km quarter challenge options – so make it your challenge, your way!

Hosted by Action Challenge, this 50km looped route covers some of the best of the Chiltern’s countryside. You can walk, jog, or run along historic trails and over rolling hills. Starting and finishing at the Base Camp in Henley-on-Thames, there's a Saturday night celebration BBQ and entertainment with camping options.

Passing through nature reserves, forests, and a few hills with great views - it's a route with real variety, and some wonderful scenery - and it's all easily accessible from London.

With 25km options also - there's a Chiltern Challenge for everyone!

Hosted by Action Challenge, take on the Yorkshire Challenge in the beautiful Nidderdale area, on the southeast edge of the Yorkshire Dales.

There’s a challenge base-camp hub in Pateley Bridge with a range of camping options, car parking, and extensive hospitality and welfare services over the weekend. The full 100km route is a varied figure of 8-style route, which takes in the famous Nidderdale Way, Ripley Castle, and Gouthwaite Reservoir. You’ll get full support all the way, whatever distance you choose.

Hosted by Action Challenge, a new ‘South West’ challenge for 2022 – taking in the initial section of the stunning and famous 630 mile Coastal Path, which officially starts in Minehead, and close to the extensive ‘base camp in the shadows of the impressive Dunster Castle.

The 50km loop heads over Exmoor with ups and downs and some magnificent views with over 1,600 metres of climb.  You’ll get full support all the way, whatever distance you choose, a finish line celebration, and with camping options and festival style hospitality at base camp across the weekend – there’s a South West Coast Challenge for everyone!

Hosted by Action Challenge, the magical Cotswold Way provides a stunning setting for a testing challenge. The base-camp in Cirencester is the hub for a 100km looped route through the heart of the Cotswolds, which provides a stunning setting for 2,000 adventurers to test themselves.

Hosted by Action Challenge and back again for 2022 - walk, jog, or run the Lake District Challenge and take on England's finest countryside at your pace.  Test yourself on a fantastic Ultra Challenge - suitable for all experience levels - and you'll get the best support and hospitality all the way.

The Challenge Base Camp is in Kendal.  From there, it's a 100km anticlockwise loop taking in a couple of tough hills, Ambleside, a halfway point by Lake Windermere, forests, and nature reserves - with some stunning views on the route - before a huge welcome and celebration back at Base Camp after a momentous journey.  Push yourself further - 100km full challenge, with half and quarter options also available.
