Step out for Stroke 2016
Spring into action this May as Step out for Stroke 2016 kicks off across the UK!
Strap on your walking shoes, apply the sun-block, get your friends, family and neighbours together and join us at one of our fun-filled sponsored walks.
Everyone can Step out for Stroke, regardless of age or ability, and everyone is invited!
Step out for Stroke walks are typically one mile routes that you walk at your own pace and in your own time. Whether you walk one step, 10 steps or the full mile, you’re doing something amazing to help us support everyone across the UK affected by stroke.
We even leave you to set your own fundraising target too, which we’ll help you to reach!
From Plymouth to Dundee, Antrim to Norfolk and St Helier, with 50 locations across the UK, check out where there’s a walk near you.
Every step makes a difference
Together we can conquer stroke
Other ways to help 1.2-million stroke survivors in the UK!
It is our aim to make Step out for Stroke even bigger and better in 2016, and there are many ways you may be able to help us.
