Have you ever imagined yourself doing a marathon? Then imagine no more. This summer you could be taking on the challenge on your own terms.

You don’t have to be a distance walker or experienced rambler to take part. With the right planning and support we think anyone can walk a marathon.

Your marathon, your challenge, your way

You decide how you want to take on the Walk Your Way summer marathon challenge and whether you walk it alone or with others. You can walk the whole 26.2 miles in one go, do it over a couple of days or spread the distance over a week or two. It’s as easy as that.

All we ask is that you ask your friends, family and work colleagues to sponsor you so, together, we can take a step closer to ensuring that stroke survivors get the support they need, when they need it.

Walking 26.2 miles is a great achievement and with a little planning and preparation, we know you can do it.
