What's your resolution this year? If you’re looking to shed a few pounds, aiming to be a bit healthier or just looking for something fun to do with friends, we can help. Join others taking on their first 5k or challenging themselves to a longer distance, and whether you run, jog or walk the route we’ll support you every step of the way.
Step Out for Stroke
Step Out for Stroke is the perfect opportunity for stroke survivors, friends and families to take part in a walk together. Each step you take helps raise awareness of stroke and vital funds for our work in supporting those affected by stroke.
Make May Purple
Make May Purple for stroke is our annual stroke awareness month, taking place every May. This year, helping stroke survivors regain their independence couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is wear purple. You can go as purple as you want – why not dye your hair purple? Or host a purple party? Whatever you choose to do, we’d love to have you on board.
Walk Your Way
Have you ever imagined yourself doing a marathon? Then imagine no more. This summer you could be taking on the challenge on your own terms. You don’t have to be a distance walker or experienced rambler to take part. With the right planning and support we think anyone can walk a marathon.
Give a Hand and Bake
Give a Hand and Bake is our annual baking week, which takes place every October. Friends, families and communities are invited to show their support for people who have been affected by stroke, by coming together to host a bake sale to raise vital funds.
Sip for Stroke
Our Sip for Stroke events are a fantastic chance to catch up with friends over your favourite tipple, and raise funds. Help change the lives of people affected by stroke.
