Organising a collection
We know that organising a funeral can be a difficult time, even without the current restrictions. It’s our hope that we can help to make the funeral collection process as straightforward as possible.
Although we know it’s not the same as being together physically, our online Tribute funds are a place where you can share photos, videos and memories with family and friends. Alternatively, you may wish to set up a MuchLoved page or JustGiving page in their memory.
We’re also here to support you if you’re planning on a memorial or celebration of life event at a later date.

Sending in donations
At this current time, the processing of any donations made by post will be delayed, so please do pay in your donations online or contact us by phone.
When paying in donations, we’d like to make sure that we process and acknowledge the donation correctly, so please let us know the following:
- The name of the person the donation is being made in memory of.
- Your name, address and relationship to the person the donation is being made in memory of.

When returning collection envelopes, please ensure they are sealed safely within another envelope before sending to the above address. If you have collected cash, please do not send this to us through the post. Please bank the cash and send us a cheque for the equivalent amount or alternatively you can call our Supporter Care Team on 0300 3300 740 and make a donation over the phone.
