Organising a collection
We know that organising a funeral can be a difficult time. It’s our hope that we can help to make the funeral collection process as straightforward as possible.
If you are organising a collection in memory of a loved one, we can provide collection envelopes to give to family and friends at the memorial service. These envelopes are a really effective way to donate as they are eligible for Gift Aid, this means that any donation is boosted by an extra 25% - you can find out more about Gift Aid here. To request our envelopes, please call our Supporter Care Team on 0300 3300 740 or email email@example.com
Alternatively, you can organise an online collection by setting up a Tribute Fund and sharing your fund with friends and family.

Sending in donations
At this current time, the processing of any donations made by post will be delayed, so please do contact us by phone instead, where possible.
When paying in donations, we’d like to make sure that we process and acknowledge the donation correctly, so please let us know the following:
- The name of the person the donation is being made in memory of.
- Your name, address and relationship to the person the donation is being made in memory of.

When returning collection envelopes, please ensure they are sealed safely within another envelope before sending to the above address. If you have collected cash, please do not send this to us through the post. Please bank the cash and send us a cheque for the equivalent amount or alternatively you can call our Supporter Care Team on 0300 3300 740 and make a donation over the phone.

Information for funeral professionals
We’re very grateful for the support that funeral professionals show us – both independently and on behalf of their clients. We aim to make collecting donations as simple as possible.
By encouraging Gift Aid envelopes to be used at memorial services, funeral professionals help us to receive an additional 25p for every pound donated. The simplest way to enable this is by informing families of our collection envelopes.
You can also make a payment over the phone by calling us on 0300 3300 740 (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm). When you do pay in donations, please let us know the contact details for the next of kin so that we can acknowledge their generous support.
