We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual to develop, implement, manage and sustain a fundraising strategy to maximise income generation in the North East Region. 

You will be responsible for managing and leading the community and events team in the North East Region and for organising a wide range of third party and bespoke fundraising events including our Resolution Runs, Step Out for Stroke and Great North Run amongst others.   Whilst managing and developing the events side of your work you will be expected to deliver a robust and innovative community fundraising programme in order to meet net income targets for the region. 

You will need to be a team player with excellent communication and people skills, be pro-active, resilient, good-humoured and be prepared to organise and manage a busy team and workload to meet deadlines. 

You will need to be able to develop positive and productive networks both within the association and externally across the North East Region. 

If you have a suitable background from working in both community fundraising and events then this exciting role could be for you.
