This is an exciting opportunity to support our work with stroke survivors and their families following stroke.

We are looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join our Stroke Support team in West Kent.

The Stroke Association Support Coordinator will provide regular reviews and create client-centred intervention plans to support service users to achieve their desired outcomes. Key aspects of the role include providing tailored information and advice and recruiting and managing a team of volunteers, and deliver communication groups for those with aphasia.

You will thrive in a busy environment with a proven track record of effective time management and have experience working within the health and social care sector. You will have excellent IT skills and a strong understanding of how to use data to improve quality. A flexible approach to your role and the ability to drive is essential.

Applicants are likely to have a background in a caring profession ideally with experience of supporting people with disabilities.
