The Stroke Association is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team to carry out our work in the North Devon area.

Reporting to the Stroke Association Support Manager, the Stroke Association Support Coordinator will provide support to the stroke survivors and carers in the North Devon area. You will recruit and support volunteers, and support and develop local stroke support groups.

You will be required to present a positive image of The Stroke Association and Community Services at all times, by carrying out the duties of the post to a high standard and being flexible on occasion as required.

You will have a proven track record in supporting persons disadvantaged by a physical or psychological condition, and in recruiting and supporting volunteers

The use of a car and the ability to drive to fulfil the travel requirements of the role are essential.
