The Stroke Association is very pleased to announce a new media partnership with the Daily Express Newspaper for the Life After Stroke Awards 2015.
The star-studded awards ceremony, sponsored by TONI&GUY Charitable Foundation, will be held at the Rosewood Hotel on 25 June 2015. The agreement means the Daily Express will feature coverage of the Life After Stroke Awards nominations, the winners and the celebrity support.
Anil Ranchod, Assistant Director of External Affairs at the Stroke Association said:
“The Daily Express regularly delivers outstanding coverage of stroke so we feel privileged to be working with them on the Life After Stroke Awards. This agreement means we will be able to share the stories of inspiring survivors, carers and volunteers across the UK and demonstrate that together we can conquer stroke.”
Laura Milne, Health Features Editor for the Daily Express added:
“Stroke is one of the biggest health challenges facing us, with 1.2 million stroke survivors in the UK. The Life After Stroke Awards are very special, the winners are incredible people of all ages and from every walk of life. We are delighted to be able to support this celebration of courage and determination, and share some very moving stories with our readers.”
