Friday 29 October is World Stroke Day and, as a part of our Hope After Stroke campaign, we’re spreading a message of hope.
There are now 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK, and this number is growing. Without hope, recovery can seem impossible, and stroke survivors may find themselves unable to live their lives as fully as possible.
Join us this World Stroke Day as we raise awareness of the support available for stroke survivors. Let's help everyone find their moment of hope.
Share #HopeAfterStroke stories
We’re releasing a brand new film on World Stroke Day. It features Sarah Jay, Roger and Stevie describing their experiences of stroke, and their moments of hope. Look out for the film on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn and share it with your family, friends and colleagues.
We’d love to hear your own stories too. You can share these on social media using #HopeAfterStroke.
Let’s all help spread the word to raise vital awareness and funds, so we can continue to support people to find hope and rebuild their lives.
