For group registration (5 participants and more), please kindly complete the online Group Registration Form

The form will be processed and an invoice will be sent accordingly.
 
For group bookings, please complete the name list template and send this to us by email no later than two weeks prior to the forum. Please do not send preliminary name lists.

Early bird registration deadline: Wednesday 18 August 2021 (17:00 pm).
