Thank you for agreeing to be a part of this year’s UKSF scientific programme. Below, you'll find key information about your talk, but if you have questions, please refer to previous correspondence from our platform provider, Kenes.

Instructions for oral presenters

Our platform supplier, Kenes, will provide all speakers with a link that will grant you access to the preview room 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled session. The chair will introduce you after all the presentations have taken place and will also moderate questions from the audience. Please note that you do not need to manage the Q&A box. This will be the chair's responsibility.

Before your session:

  • Please make sure you've consulted the programme and are aware of the date, time and session of your talk.
  • Ahead of your presentation, you'll be sent a joining link by Kenes. Please make sure you check your inbox ahead of your presentation to ensure this has arrived.
  • Make sure you have planned your talk according to the instructed time. Please refer to the programme if you're unsure.
Live talks

Kenes will run two rehearsal slots in November. Information on dates will be sent to speakers shortly.

Pre-recorded talks

Speakers will be sent an email with available slots to pre-record presentations. If you're unable to make any of the suggested times, please email us and we'll do our best to find a more suitable time if possible.

Please refer to our Recordings Technical Guidelines for more guidance.
