After a stroke, some people have a seizure. A small number of people go on to develop epilepsy, which is a tendency to have repeated seizures. 

This guide explains the different types of seizure and how epilepsy is diagnosed and treated. It outlines how you can help someone who is having a seizure, and includes a list of information sources that might be able to offer further help.
