The UK Club Conference events are intimate and relaxed, allowing you time to talk and engage with the stroke clubs and groups on a one-to-one basis.
Active Lives After Stroke is a two-year project, funded by the National Lottery and awarded through Sport England, that will help you to get back into being active at your own pace with other stroke survivors.Sessions are designed to get you moving in a fun and friendly environment.
