Long term peer and social support is a vital lifeline for everyone affected by stroke. As a Stroke Association voluntary group, we play a significant role in providing such support and we aim to provide the necessary assistance so that, together, we can conquer stroke.We want to make a difference to the long-term wellbeing of people affected by stroke.
