This Stroke Awareness Month, May 2022, we're launching our 'Stroke Research Means Everything' campaign to raise awareness of the chronic lack of funding available for stroke research.
Stroke Prevention Day will take place on Friday 14 January 2022. Our aim is to help people with stroke risk factors and encourage them to reduce their risk by making one small change.
Caerphilly County Borough Council yesterday decided not to continue funding the area’s stroke recovery service. The Stroke Association, which runs the service, has expressed disappointment at the decision.
We are looking for 12 individuals from the East of England with diverse experiences and backgrounds, who can share knowledge and insight gained from lived experience of stroke.
