After a stroke, you're likely to need help to regain your abilities, learn new skills and cope with any remaining disabilities. This process is called rehabilitation, and occupational therapy can support you along the way. This factsheet explains how occupational therapy can help, what the therapy involves and how you can arrange to see an occupational therapist. This guide is also available as a free download.
