We are a dedicated group of volunteers who have provided support for stroke survivors in the Thornbury district since 1981. We are affiliated to the Stroke Association which is a national organisation and we are also a registered charity in our own right.
The Chiltern Stroke Club provides peer support to stroke survivors and their carers every Tuesday at the Holy Trinity Church in High Wycombe. Activities include social support, meals, outings, games, guest speakers, holidays and exercise classes with a neuro-trained instructor.
