The largest multidisciplinary meeting of the year for stroke professionals in Northern Ireland.
On Tuesday 13 June the UK Stroke Forum (UKSF) hosted the sixth Northern Ireland Stroke Conference in the vibrant city of Belfast, in partnership with the Northern Ireland Multidisciplinary Stroke Teams (NIMAST). The scientific programme included 15 speakers,and included Stroke Association funded research.
Come along to your local stroke support group in Banbridge and meet others who've been affected by stroke. You'll be able to share your experiences and tips for dealing with stroke, as well as enjoying a range of activities.

The Northern HSCT Stroke Recovery Service in Northern Ireland provides high quality information, practical advice and emotional support following a stroke. Whether you are a stroke survivor, carer or family member, we will begin working with you after a stroke. We will continue to provide the support you need, both at home and in the wider community.
Northern HSCT Communication Support Service in Northern Ireland works with stroke survivors who are living with communication difficulties. Our Communication Plus Programmes are professionally led by qualified Speech and Language Therapists and take place within a group environment.
