If you or someone you care about has had a stroke, our service can provide advice and support to help recovery. We’ll work with you and the people you care about to identify your needs and plan how these will be met, enabling you to make the best possible recovery.

Phoenix Stroke Club welcomes membership from people affected by stroke in the Marlow and surrounding area of South Buckinghamshire. The group provides a club for social interaction where members play games, have tea & cake, and physiotherapy as a group
Thornhill Stroke Support Group offers a warm welcome to people affected by stroke from the east of Southampton city as well as surrounding districts including Hedge End, West End, Botley, Bishopstoke and Fair Oak.
The Stourbridge Stroke Club is an affiliated Stroke Association club which offers peer support through their outings and meals.
