Swansea and Neath Port Talbot Stroke Recovery Service provides high quality information, practical advice and emotional support following a stroke. Whether you are a stroke survivor, carer or family member, we will begin working with you after a stroke. We will continue to provide the support you need, both at home and in the wider community.
The Liverpool Emotional Support Services provides counselling and emotional support to stroke survivors and their carers in the City of Liverpool. Together, we can explore issues such as loss, adjustment, relationships, understanding guilt and anger, and building confidence and self-esteem.
The Fishguard & District Stroke Club welcomes new members and offer a range of activities including speakers, outings, games and exercise. They provide both social and communication support to stroke survivors.
