As an Exercise Supporter you will be supporting stroke survivors and carers to access exercise sessions in order to improve their levels of physical fitness, reduce social isolation and support daily living.
As Office and Administration Supporter you will provide administrative support to the North East and North Yorkshire Community Events and Fundraising team.
Cambridgeshire Information, Advice and Support Service provides high quality information, practical advice and emotional support following a stroke. Whether you are a stroke survivor, carer or family member, we will begin working with you after a stroke. We will continue to provide the support you need, both at home and in the wider community.
The Exhibition and Stroke Club Exchange are a key part of the UK Stroke Club Conference. Based in the hub of the conference centre the exhibition provides delegates a chance to learn about products and services that can support groups and their members in their life after stroke.
