The Sir Jack Petchey Peer Mentoring Service provides support and guidance for working age stroke survivors looking to return to work. This is London-wide pilot part funded by City Bridge Trust.
We provide information for employers about stroke, its effects, and how to support stroke survivors as they return to work.
South West Essex Stroke Recovery Service provides high quality information, practical advice and emotional support following a stroke. Whether you are a stroke survivor, carer or family member, we will begin working with you after a stroke. We will continue to provide the support you need, both at home and in the wider community.
