The Stroke Association has launched a Wales-wide campaign aimed at reducing the number of strokes across the country.
During February and March pharmacies across Wales are joining the Lower Your Risk of Stroke campaign, a partnership between Community Pharmacy Wales, Public Health Wales and the Stroke Association.
The Stroke Association has joined forces with 14 other charities and Sport England to launch a new campaign: “We Are Undefeatable”. The campaign aims to support people living with health conditions to build physical activity and exercise into their lives and to celebrate every victory, big or small.
