This club is unique as it is focused is on exercise within a modern gym. We have our own bespoke motorised machines and walking aids. Members can also benefit from exercise in their home with our desk bikes and motorised leg movers
The Coalfields Life After Stroke Group Is Stroke Association voluntary group that offers peer support as well as a variety of activities exercise sessions, outings, meals, games & quizzes and occasional speakers.
We are a friendly group of 17 supported by six helpers. We enjoy meeting once a week to play games and undertake other activities, including talks, outings, raffles, and Tai Chi to help with exercise and coordination.
From April to November those that are able to come to our group can come on our coach trips.

Earley & Woodley Stroke Club welcomes membership from people affected by stroke in the Earley, Woodley, Reading area. The group provides information and peer support and offers social and recreational activities including games, conversation, outings, talks and presentations by visiting speakers.
The Bridport Stroke Club is a Stroke Association affiliated club who welcomes new members. At the beginning of each month we have an art class run by a local artist, for those who are interested, we have on outing once a month and a talk/music from a visitor during the month as well. We usually have between 20-25 members on our register and they are a very jolly bunch.

The Colne Stroke Group is a friendly peer support group that welcomes stroke survivors living in and around the Colchester area. The group provide social support and communication support via a conversation group to stroke survivors and also welcome carers and family members.
