Through a range of activities and meetings, the Newham Stroke Club provides essential peer and social support.
Support, companionship and laughter. There are varied speakers on many topics as well as Tai Chi and exercise with music. This club also helps improve your IT skills, and runs activities including art, quizzes and have outings that include carers.
