Pos+Ability offer a range of activities including chair based exercise, exercise using equipment, peer support and rehabilitation. Attendance at the group is by referral only, which can be made via a GP, Physiotherapist, Speech and Language Therapist, or Occupational Therapist.
This club meets on the fourth Friday of each month. Stroke survivors and carers are welcome to come along and enjoy activities, speakers and a great range of outings.

Hartlepool Stroke Recovery Service provides high quality information, practical advice and emotional support following a stroke. Whether you are a stroke survivor, carer or family member, we will begin working with you after a stroke. We will continue to provide the support you need, both at home and in the wider community.
