Our stroke clubs and groups offer peer support to stroke survivors, carers, family and friends.

Due to coronavirus (Covid-19) measures our groups are not currently meeting face to face. However, many are providing support in other ways. If you would like to find out more about what's available, we can arrange for a member of your local Stroke Association team to contact you.

Please complete this form and we will be back in touch within 5-10 working days.

If you are from another organisation supporting someone interested in stroke clubs and groups, scroll down and please complete the Third Party Referral Form tab by ticking ‘Yes’ for If referring someone else, tick here.

Please be aware that this form is to find out more about stroke clubs and groups. If you or someone you know has been affected by stroke and requires further information and support, please contact our Helpline by email at helpline@stroke.org.uk or by phone on 0303 3033 100, or visit our Stroke Helpline page.
