Sharing the FAST test is the most important thing you can do to save lives and prevent disability from stroke.

Our recent survey showed that 53% of teenagers know a stroke survivor. However, 40% don't know that calling 999 is the first thing you should do if someone is having a stroke. And over half of UK teenagers were unaware of the FAST acronym. This means that millions of people across the UK may not have the life-saving knowledge of how to spot a stroke and that calling 999 immediately is critical.

Comedian and stroke survivor Markus Birdman took to the streets to ask young people what they know about spotting the signs of stroke. Watch our film to see how they got on.
