This September, the We Are Undefeatable team are gathering ideas from people on the type of tools and resources that are most needed to support people with health conditions to get active.

We Are Undefeatable is a campaign supporting people with long term health conditions, like stroke, to be more active. It was developed by 15 leading health and social care charities, and backed by National Lottery funding from Sport England. The Stroke Association has taken part in We Are Undefeatable since it first started in 2019 and lots of stroke survivors, like Zoe and Phil, have taken part.

These ideas will shape what We Are Undefeatable provides in the future and how the campaign works. They’re keen to hear from stroke survivors, carers and people with other health conditions. If this sounds interesting to you, please get involved and have your say.

You can do the questions directly on the website or you can use the website to arrange for a researcher to call you, if that works better for you. The survey ends on 30 September 2023.

It's really important to us that we encourage as many stroke survivors as possible to have their say, because that way we hope the campaign can better support people living with the effects of stroke.

Thank you for your support and we would hugely appreciate if you could share this with other people too!
