Thanks to amazing lottery and raffle players like you, we're able to deliver life-changing support to stroke survivors and their families, helping to rebuild lives after stroke.

We value your support, so we want you to know how the prizes and proceeds of our lottery and raffle work.

Lottery

In 2022, after paying out prize money and running costs, the Stroke Association received 74p or 74% from every £1 spent in our lottery.

We gave away 10% in prize money and spent 16% on the administration of the draw.

Supporters had a 1 in 181 chance of winning a prize.

Raffle

During the 12 months ending 30 September 2022, 67p from every £1 ticket spent in our raffles went to help support the vital work of the Stroke Association. 11p was given away in prizes and 23p was spent on running the draw.

All winners are randomly selected, with the first ticket number selected receiving the first prize, the second ticket number selected winning the second prize and so on.

In our Summer Raffle, drawn on 8 September 2022, there was a 1 in 984 chance of winning a prize.
