The Life After Stroke Awards 2013 took place on 26 June. Our Life After Stroke Awards Patron, Karren Brady, and legendary British television and radio journalist, John Sergeant, led the proceedings at a star-studded ceremony at the Dorchester Hotel in London.
Our Life After Stroke Awards recognise the achievements of everyone affected by stroke. We celebrate stroke survivors for showing tremendous spirit and determination after their stroke. We also commend carers, volunteers, stroke clubs and health professionals who are with stroke survivors every step of the way.

The Stroke Association is also a member of the Stroke Alliance for Europe (SAFE), a network of organisations that champion the voices of those affected by stroke.
