If you’re thinking of organising a collection at a funeral or memorial service, we’re here to help make this as easy as possible for you.

Donations made in memory will make such a difference to families affected by stroke, by funding vital research and practical and emotional support.

An online funeral collection page can include a notice to let friends and family know the details of the funeral and a space to share messages of condolence. It also gives you somewhere where you can keep track of both online and in-person donations.

For more information, take a look at our frequently asked questions PDF.

If you’d like to collect money for the Stroke Association at a funeral or memorial, we can provide you with some collection envelopes. Any money donated is eligible for Gift Aid – the government scheme that allows charities to reclaim tax on donations made by a UK taxpayer. Gift Aid your donations and they will be worth 25% more at no extra cost to you. Find out more about Gift Aid here

Create a funeral notice and collection

You may wish to create an online page to share with family and friends. This allows anyone who can’t be with you on the day to make a donation or share a personal message. Starting a page in memory of someone special means you can share thoughts and memories, light candles online, as well as make donations.

It only takes a few moments to create a funeral collection. Please tell us...
