Description

The Bishops Stortford 'Be Yourself' Group welcomes all stroke survivors, their carer’s and families to come together for a cuppa and peer support.
The group offers social support, information, advice and guidance in the community.
We meet on the second Monday of every month at 10am.

This group is part of the Stroke Group Network - a vital community of stroke support groups across the UK. As it is independently run, we will need to share your details in order for them to provide support.
