Description

The stroke group provides information and peer support to stroke survivors and their carers; it also offers a wide range of social activities and outings.
The group always offers a warm welcome, friendly face and the opportunity to talk to someone who understands what you are going through because they've been through it too.
The Great Yarmouth Stroke Group invites you to come and have a great afternoon.
