Harlow Stroke Support Group is a friendly and safe space for stroke survivors and carers. We arrange home visits and help with benefits, respite care or anything else needed. You can also come along to our rehab sessions which we will invite you to.
At the group we have social and rehab sessions, a monthly carers group and an under 60s group. We do chair based exercise two times week as well as speech and language once a week. You can learn more on our website at
Our members tell us that by coming to the group they find that they improve greatly and gain confidence. Please call us if you are interested in coming on: 01279 308313. We are always willing to discuss what we do and how we can help.
