We meet at the Links Hotel in Llandudno every other Friday at 11am for our cafe meeting and on Thursday afternoons at 2pm for a Zoom get together.
We are primarily a peer support/social group but do occasionally have speakers Links cafe group are an informal and friendly group of stroke survivors who meet either fortnightly for a coffee and a chat or at our weekly Zoom. You would made to feel very welcome at either.
Joining criteria: Open to stroke survivors who might be looking for peer support and a social outlet

This group is part of the Stroke Group Network - a vital community of stroke support groups across the UK. As it is independently run, we will need to share your details in order for them to provide support.
