Description

We meet once at month, coffee and tea is provided free. It is a peer support group where fellow stroke survivors and carers support each other, through lived experience, to encourage well mental health, as well as ongoing physical health. Encourage to take part in local activities.
We, as a group, are looking at having speakers to come along to the group to talk about local services. We arrange day trips and meals out in the future for those interested.
The group encourages building that self-confidence back, whilst enjoying life again through laughs and support from fellow stroke survivors and carers. You would be be most welcomed with a smile and brew.
