Description

We always welcome new enquiries from those of you who have suffered a stroke and would like to join us. Our friendly club meets weekly to provide social and recreational activities that aim to improve communication and encourage conversation and confidence in a comfortable and safe environment. Tea, biscuits and a chat are always on offer alongside other activities which can include: individual support, gentle exercise, singing, games, speakers and even occasional outings.
To be a member of the club, we only ask for a donation of £4 per session to cover our costs. There is easy parking at the venue and it is fully wheelchair accessible. We are keen to welcome new volunteers too. Volunteering can be fun and a great way to help others and meet new people. If you are energetic and enthusiastic about becoming a volunteer or a driver please do get in touch.
