This group welcomes people from Stowmarket and the surrounding area.
The Stowmarket Stroke Support Group is part of the Stroke Association and provides information and support to stroke survivors and their carers. Its Volunteers are all trained by the Association in the issues which stroke can cause.
The Group offers exercise sessions run by a trained instructor, and a range of outings and social activities. The group always offers a warm welcome, and the opportunity to talk to someone who understands what you are going through because they have been through it too.
